The scanner starts with authenticated access so only authorized attendance staff can operate the examination scanner.

Active schedules show the post, examination centre, date, shift and seating mode so the operator can start the appropriate scanner.
Scan the candidate admit card
The mobile camera scans the QR code generated on the RecruitPro admit card and processes the attendance for the selected examination schedule.
Immediate attendance feedback
Invalid or finalized schedules are clearly reported to the operator, preventing an attendance record from being created when the schedule cannot accept it.

After a valid scan, the app confirms the attendance and displays the recorded candidate information and present status.
